Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Jaipur is managed by an autonomous Society having Board of Governors drawn from Members from Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India and Govt. of Rajasthan, NCHMCT and General Managers of reputed Chain of Hotels of Rajasthan.
The institute is affiliated to NCHMCT under the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.
Its objective is to provide well trained professionals to meet the growing requirements of the industry by organizing programmes at Management, Supervisory and Craft levels in the field of Hotel Management, Catering and allied crafts.
NCHMCT has signed an MOU with Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi and the Degree is awarded by IGNOU and course is conducted NCHMCT at various IHM's.
