Indian Institute of Business & Technology (IIBT’s (CDL)), Auranagabd was established in its Centre for Distance Learning (CDL) in 2005 under “H.B.H Foundation Trust” registered under the act 29 of 1950, Government of Maharashtra.

Indian Institute of Business & Technology (IIBT) started its Centre for Distance Learning (CDL) in the year 2005 under “H.B.H Foundation Trust” (Regd. No. F/9763) registered under the act 29 of 1950, Government of Maharashtra. At the heart of this effort is the youth in Global Business & better Management Studies in the country.

As the world advances into the twenty-first century, manager’s faces challenge of increasing competition due to globalization of business and economy. Salient changes witnessed are the deregulation and liberalization of economies, changing industry structures, mergers, acquisitions & alliance formations to sustain growth, privatization, technological advances, changes in the consumer preferences and lifestyle and emergence of new forms of organization & management practices. Not only business organizations, but the business managers themselves need to equip themselves with new skills and resources needed to manage such enterprises. These skills are needed for the managers to assume greater responsibilities through career advancement based on knowledge, skills and competence.

Distance Learning Methodology gives the liberty to students to complete their higher education while continuing their respected jobs and other work and this is what we do. We Promote open learning principles and quality distance education in key policy areas and in different educational sectors; support programmes in sound and innovative course design, materials development, learner support, management, and the use of technology, particularly for large scale provision; build knowledge about sound and innovative methods of opening learning through research, the development of resources, and the dissemination of information.
