Ideal Educational Institute of Teacher Training, Palakkad was established in 2005.

Its affiliated to Calicut University.

It is managed and run by Ideal Education and Charitable Society.

The teacher training institute is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

Ideal Educational Institute of Teacher Training Palakkad offers teacher training programme at the undergraduate level - Teacher Training Certificate (TTC), a two-year full time programme.

It is offered at par with the rules and regulations of NCTE. Ideal Educational Institute of Teacher Training Palghat has number of modern facilities for the overall development of its students.
