HKES Polytechnic, Raichur was established in 1986 to cater the needs of technical education in the backward region of Karnataka.

The Hyderabad Karnataka Education Society's Polytechnic, Raichur was established in the year 1986 with the intention to impart technical education to the people of this region. Right from inception, this institutions earned good reputation and always striving for the upliftment of the students of this region.

Our institution is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Board of Technical Education, Bangalore. The spacious campus is spread over 06 acres land and houses complete infrastructure as required.

Our building houses well-equipped labs, workshop, drawing hall, seminar hall and library besides lecture halls. State of the art computer labs with internet facility are established for all departments.

This institution offers diploma courses in 05 engineering disciplines and specially it offers Textile Technology course.

A placement cell was established in the year 2006. The track record of the placement cell shows a very large number of students from this institution are placed and are working in top multinational companies in and abroad.

The College is proudly completed silver jubilee in getting new standards in the field of education and achieving greater heights.
