The Hindu College of Engineering came into existence in 1999. The Institute is duly approved by AICTE and is affiliated to Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal, Sonepat.

The Institute is running 3 Year Full-time Diploma in five disciplines viz. CSE, ECE, EE, ME & CE. The Institute also affers 4 year Full-time B.Tech, Programs in five disciplines viz. CSE, ECE, EE and 2 Year Full-time M.Tech. Programs in 3 disciplines viz. CSE, ECE & EE (Power Systems).

The opulent infrastructure of the College is spread over 10 acres of land. The Institute is well equipped with Laboratories, Workshops, Conference/Seminar Halls, Spacious Classrooms, Cafeteria, Hostel accommodation (separate for boys and girls) etc.

The College has a well stocked Library with more than 20,000 books (book-bank facility also available) and more than 200 International/National Journals (OnLine/Print Access) and Magazines. Access to E-Journals like IEEE, JGATE, SPRINGER, ASCE, TATA McGRAW etc. is available to the students and staff members in the Library round the clock.
