It is governed and run by Human Welfare Society, Pilibhit.

The educational institute is affiliated to Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.

To achieve its aim, the college imparts an undergraduate course in the law study, that is, Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

The college offers its course for the duration of three years and conducts it strictly under the approval of Bar Council of India, Government of India, New Delhi.
