H.M. College of Science and Technology, Manjeri (Dist. Malappuram) is a Muslim Minority College was established in 2002 and managed by Hidayathul Muslimeen Yatheemkhana Sangham Trust (R).
It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone on the part of progress.
The college is affiliated with University of Calicut, Malappuram.
The aim of the college is to provide modern, liberal education and thus transform society and the nation also committed to the ideas of liberal education and recognizes the fact that times have changed that it must adapt and evolve to keep up with the rapidly changing world.
It is a co-educational self-financed Institute, providing a regular course in which is located in the rural part of Malappuram played a pioneering role in the field of higher education.
The college had received many awards and accolades at a city, state and national level for their educational advancements also received the numbers of achievements awards in the field of sports and curricular activities under the University of Calicut, Malappuram.
The college offers three years undergraduate courses in Commerce and Science stream and offers two years of postgraduate course in Science stream with various specializations under the University of Calicut, Malappuram. It also offers Add-On Certificate courses.
University examinations of different courses, examinations conducted by the University of Calicut, Malappuram, and various other examinations are held in the college premises.

- The institution has provided ICT facilities like computers, projectors, audio-visual gadgets, scanners and printers to the departments and also other aids and a huge number of availability of books for effective delivery of curriculum and for inculcating the knowledge of the subject
- A special complaint cell (Sexual Harassment Cell) has been formed for the female students in the college. Students can directly complain orally or by written application to the head of the cell. Apart from this, Ragging is strictly prohibited on the college campus
