Guru Nanak College of Education, Kashmir was established in 2003.

The college is managed by an experienced educationist Dr. Joginder Singh Shan Kashmiri and was recognized by Jammu & Kashmir Government as well as by U.G.C Govt. of India.

The College stands affiliated to the University of Kashmir.

The College offers Bachelor of Education course for those who have passed graduation with minimum aggregate of 45 % from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Admissions are made on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying exam and as per norms prescribed by the University
