Gurajada College of Education, Srikakulam was established in 1984.

The college is maintain  the Management of Gurajada Educational Society, with a noble mission of preparing future teachers of the nation.

The Institution was permitted to offer one year B.Ed., programme with an intake of 160 seats in 1994-85.

The institution has been enjoying permanent affiliation in the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam from the Co-Ordinator, Academic Affairs, Andhra University Further, the college has been recognized by the University Grants Commission.

Gurajada Educational Society was established in 1984. Since then it has been spectacular success and achievement.

They appreciate and acknowledge there continuous support, co-operation and encouragement in there every attempt.
