Govindram Seksaria Institute of Management & Research (GSMIR), Indore was established in 1996 earlier known as IITM.

GSMIR is the first ISO certified institute in the whole of Madhya Pradesh and had made a beginning by introducing two-year full time postgraduate degree in business administration (MBA).

The institute is a self-finance institute and a distinction of having been accorded permanent affiliation by Devi Ahilya University and accreditation by AICTE.

GSIMR aims at nurturing the students in an atmosphere that is creative, harmonizing, yet challenging, by inculcating ideas and ideals through the course structure.
