Gopal Krishna College of Engineering Technology, Jeypore was established in 1999. It was formally known as Institution Lising College of Engineering & Technology.

It is affiliated to Biju Pattnaik University of Technology Rourkela, Orissa and approved by AICTE, New Delhi.
