Gopabandhu  Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Puri is a premier Ayurveda college of Orissa and one of the country. The college was established in 1949. The institute is ideally located on the  V.I.P. road of puri town about a few furlongs of the railway station and the scenic sea-beach, the G.A.M presents a colossal look with a sprawling campus stretching over 10 acres of land. A well maintained herbal garden in its campus spreading over 2 acres of land provides uncommon and valuable varieties of medicinal plants.            The college is affiliated to Utkal University, BBSR.
