Godagari Vidyasagar Education Institute & Social Welfare PTTI, Murshidabad was established in 2004.

The institute offers two-year Diploma in Education to the educated youth, which would help them become teacher of primary level.

The institute is affiliated to West Bengal Board of Primary Education and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
