Government First Grade College, Kadur (Chikkamagaluru Dist.) was also known as GFGC, Kadur was established in 1992 by the Government of Karnataka.

The college is affiliated to Kuvempu University, Shivamogga and recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) & 12(B) Act, 1956.
