Geeta Adarsh College of Education, Kurukshetra was established in 2006 under the management of Geeta Adarsh Educational Research Society.

It is one of the premier institutions to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. It is recognized & approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Jaipur.

It is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with "B" Grade - (CGPA Score 2.64 on a 4 Point Scale) on 27th March 2011.

The main of the college is to provide qualitative teacher education. The endeavor is to retain and channelize the energies of youthfulness while sensing the beautiful connectivity between the heart, character, nation and the world.

The institute offers two years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.

The college also offers two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) for those who have completed their intermediate with the minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized college or university are eligible to apply for this course.
