G.D. (Guru Dronacharya) College of Education, Bhuna (Fatehabad) was established on 28th May 2005 under the management of Lala Kundhan Lal Memorial Educational Society which is well known for excellence in the education field.

The Educational Society was established as per society registration act 1957 in 1994. The society has a land measuring 20760 sq.mts. at its disposal.

It is one of the premier college established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The college is affiliated to Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Jind. It is also recognized & approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Jaipur.

The college offers one-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.

The college also offers one-year Master of Education (M.Ed.) course for those who have completed their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with the minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

It also offers two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) & two years Diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed. courses under State Council Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Gurgaon.
