Fr.Agnel College of Arts and Commerce, Pilar Goa was established in 1991.
Its affilaited to Goa University.
Its managed by Xaverian Educational Society, Pilar belonging to the Society of the missionaries of the St. Francis Xavier, which is commonly known as the Society of Pilar.
The College aims at the training of young men women, more particularly the poorer and marginalized section of Society to be leaders in all walks of life and to serve their fellowmen in justice, truth and love.
