Food Craft Institute (FCI), Udaipur was established in 1989. The college is affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management. The institute under takes various training programmes for hotels, restaurants, dhabas etc. apart from its regular courses. The institute shifted to its own building at sector-14, Hiran Magri, Udaipur in year 2002. The institute has four diploma courses run under The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology. Food & Beverages Department is essential for the successful running of every Hotel & Catering Industry. Food Production is the very heart of any successful catering venture. The work is very practical & of creative nature. The institute has given excellent Results. Two of our students have received National Award for Academic excellence in Cookery and Housekeeping.
