Foodcraft Institute (FCI), Aligarh was established in 1984. It  is a pioneer institution in the hospitality education and first of its kind in western Uttar Pradesh. It produces specially groomed skilled human resources to meet the challenges in this new millennium. The FCI had been set up with joint assistance from the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and all Govt. of India Ministry of Tourism with a view to train & develop skilled manpower for the ever growing hospitality industry. The institute is currently offering eight different demand drive courses in the core hospitality operations. The institute has acquired many feathers in its cap during the last twenty four years of functioning and is still committed to produce trained manpower for hospitality industry for the 21st century. Campus of Foodcraft Institute - The beautiful complex of FCI Aligarh, located inside the premises of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), a historical and cultural institution, with bush green splendor.
