F-TEC Skill Development (FTSD), New Delhi was established in 1995 with the principal mission of providing quality computer education to the economically depressed sections of the society.

It is a training arm of Foresight Society of HRD, which is a social enterprise registered with Govt. of NCT, Delhi.

The vision of the institute is support India to emerge as a knowledge society by identifying and nurturing the inner strength of youth and rural people, so that India can be transformed into a developed nation by 2020.

F-TEC Skill Development has been working towards the cause of bridging the skill gap in India by enabling youth to acquire such skills necessary for employment at an affordable cost since its inception Their mission is to encourage young and competent people to opt for social entrepreneurship in training sector and to bridge the skill gap in India by offering skill based training at affordable cost. F-TEC offers various short-term and Diploma programs in emerging sectors like IT, ITES, Banking & Finance, Computer Accountancy, Retail Management & Soft Skills
