Esther College of Education, Namakkal was established in 2005.

Esther College of Education is the selffinanced; co-educational college was set up with an objective of providing quality education to the aspiring teachers.

The College, initially affiliated to Periyar University, is now presently affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University.

Esther College of Education has been approved by the N.C.T.E (National Council for Teacher Education) and has equipped itself with all the necessary facilities.
