Dr.N.G.P. Arts and Science College was established in 1997.

Its affiliated to Bharathiar University.

is a unit of the Trust with Dr.Nalla G. Palaniswami, as the Chairman and Dr.Thavamani D. Palaniswami, as the Managing Trustee. The institution was established with the permission of the Government of Tamil Nadu,  and recognized by UGC.

The College offers undergraduate courses, postgraduate’s courses, full-time and part-time M.Phil programs, and Ph.D programs PG Diploma courses, 02 diploma courses and 02 certificate courses.

The main objective of the college is to provide quality education, training and research facilities to the students of our Nation and to inculcate ethical, moral and social values in the minds of educators and students to motivate and nurture co-operation, tolerance and mutual respect in our nation of diversity.

The institution is located in Kalappati Road near Coimbatore Civil Aerodrome about 2km from SITRA, falling at Dr.NGP Nagar.
