Don Bosco Teachers Training Institute, Erode was established in 2005.

Its Affiliated to:Directorate of Teacher Education.

The Institute is recognized by SRC, NCTE, Bangalore.

The Institution is managed under Good Shepherd Education Trust.

The Trust gives education to the poor & down trodden students and people and also involves in the upliftment of widows, aged people, orphans and HIV patients. The chairman of the trust is Dr.M.Moorthy.

The parents meeting is held regularly & about the academic performance and the student’s behaviour are discussed.

At the end of the course the students would be imparted with good manners & knowledge and they are moulded into good teachers, especially a good human being.
