Don Bosco College, Wayand was established in 2005.

It is affiliated to the University of Calicut.

The college aims at moulding the students to take lead in creating a just and human society, where the dignity of the human persons is respected, where unjust social structures are challenged, where the poor and marginalized are specially taken care of.

The college seeks to help the students to be intellectually competent, spiritually mature, morally upright, psychologically integrate, physically fit and socially acceptable persons.
