Dnyanjyoti College of Education, Soyegaon (Dist. Aurangabad) was established in 2007 and managed by Charitable Trust named Shivjyoti Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (R), which was established in 2004.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The college is affiliated with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. It is recognized and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhopal.

The college is working under the guidance and sponsorship of Shivjyoti Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Trust is committed to the cause of producing competent teachers.

The main aim of the college is determined to provide the quality education to the future teachers. It is a co-educational private institute, providing a regular course which is located in the urban part of Aurangabad played a pioneering role in the field of higher education.

The college offers two years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course in the Marathi languages for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.
