Dnyandeep Education Society’s Mahila Shikshan Shastra Mahavidyalaya, Malegaon (Dist. Nashik) was established in 2008 started its first academic session of its known B. Ed colleges are of the state imparting comprehensive education and managed by Charitable Trust named Dnyandeep Education Society.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

It is affiliated to Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, Mumbai. It is recognized and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhopal.

The college is working under the guidance and sponsorship of Dnyandeep Education Society is committed to the cause of producing competent teachers.

The main aim of the college is determined to provide the quality education to the future teachers. It is a woman private institute, providing a regular course which is located in the urban part of Nasik played a pioneering role in the field of higher education. the campus is located in another city also as a different name of institutions.

The college offers two years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course in the Marathi /Hindi /English languages for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.
