DICS (Delhi Institute of Computer Education) Computer Education, North West Delhi was established in 1994. Since then, the organization has expanded to 15 centers across the National Capital Region.

From just five students, in the beginning, the institute today has more than 15000 on its role To provide world-class computer education, DICS's head office, and its various other centres have been accredited by the DOEACC Society of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) under the Ministry of Communication & Information Technology Government of India DICS runs courses in software hardware and multimedia for all its centres are fully equipped

Accreditation:

Accreditation to institutes is granted by NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology, New Delhi) keeping in view the norms and standard, prescribed by the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of communications and Information Technology Govt. Of India & AICTE. Full accreditation is considered and awarded by NIELIT, based on the performance of the Institute and results in all India examinations

Examination:

The NIELIT conducts examinations on all India basis for all the levels in January and July each year. These examinations are conducted independently and overseen by an examination board consisting of experts/professionals from premier academic Institutes and software houses.

Registration:

With the NIELIT, registration is a prerequisite fo the candidate, appearing in the examinations. Registration is valid for a specialized period.

A candidate can register for a particular level at a time.

Award of Qualification:
DOEACC ‘O’, ‘A’, ‘B’ Level qualifications are awarded by the NIELIT to eligible candidates on successful completion of all papers including practical examinations and project work.
