Dharma Vidyaalaya College of Education, Melkalingam was established in 2009 managed under the management of Dharma Medical Research and Charitable Trust.

Dharma Vidyaalaya College of Education is approved by the N.C.T.E (National Council for Teacher Education), the college was set up with an objective of fulfilling the need of highly qualified teachers in the region.
