Devi Venkatachalam College of Education, Vellore was established in 2006.

Devi Venkatachalam College of Education is a prominent institute of teacher education in the region offering one-year duration Bachelor of Education programme.

The self- financed, co-educational college was set up with an objective of producing competent teachers in the region.

The College initially affiliated to Thiruvalluvar University, is now presently affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University.

Devi Venkatachalam College of Education has been approved by the N.C.T.E (National Council for Teacher Education) and has equipped itself with all the necessary facilities in their campus.
