The college is permanently affiliated to the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot (B.F.U.H.S.).
To which all health related colleges of Punjab state are affiliated. Desh Bhagat
Dental College & Hospital is named after The Great Desh Bhagat of the Country Sardar Lal Singh Ji, Who was the real freedom fighter being the member of INA and associate of the great Neta Ji Subhash Chandra Bose.
The college aims to help in spreading education in Dentistry and help in, as far as possible, to prevent people from dental diseases.
