Department of Business Administration, Mangalore University, Mangalore was established in 1981.

Its affiliated to  Mangalore University.

The department’s top priority has been towards the creation of management graduates with strong fundamentals and firm basics of management.

The curriculum that is followed has a balanced blend of practical and theory.

Along with the prescribed syllabus, industrial visits, seminars, guest lectures, case studies and mini-projects are undertaken on a regular basis.

Apart from the regular full time four semesters M.B.A, M.B.A (Tourism Administration) and M.B.A (International Business) program, the department also offers Ph.D. program.

The department has been accorded recognition from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
