Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Institute of Management and Higher Studies, Kanpur was established in 2005.

Its affiliated to  Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University .

The college has taken approval from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for autonomous Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).
