D.L Reddy College, East Godavari was established in the year 1991.

It is affiliated to Andhra University.

It  is one of the premier Institutions in East Godavari District in A.P. and recognized for self-discipline and academic excellence.

The College comes under the Gollala Mamidada Educational Society,established in 1987 with Regd. No. 53/87. It is due to the hard work and dedication of the members of the Society and with the generous Contributions of the people the society was able to start the Degree College in 1991.

The college is located at Gollala Mamidada which is an absolutely pollution free area.

The College is spread over 16 acres of land surrounded by lush greenery paddy fields with moderate climate.

It has an excellent accommodation (66,000 SQ.ft. pucca building) with impressive infrastructure such as spacious and well furnished class rooms, chemistry Labs etc.
