CSI Rainy Multispeciality Hospital School of Nursing, Chennai was established in 1998.

Its affiliated to Indian Nursing Council.

The college is managed under the Diocese of Madras, which is the oldest church of South India.

The institute is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi and Tamilnadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNMC), Chennai.

CSI Rainy Multispeciality Hospital School of Nursing is recognized by the state government.

The institute conducts General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course. The institute also offers 6 months internship with the course in which students develop their nursing skills.

The institute provides practical exposure to their students, which helps them in acquiring in depth knowledge in the field of nursing.
