CR College of Education, Hisar was established in 1968 by the Governor of Haryana Shri B.N. Chakravarti. CR College of Education was the fifth college of education in Haryana. CR College of education aims to provide good learning environment with challenging educational projects. CR College of Education prepares all students to become productive members of the society. The utilization of soft skills and life skills are used by the whole college community to make it warm and inviting. The College envisions enhancing total quality of pre-service teacher training in conjunction with global trends while fulfilling the needs at local and national level and continuous improvement in teacher education based on value, peace and harmonious development of society and humanity at large.
