College of Foods and Nutrition (CFN), Ajmer was established in 1993.

It is affiliated to the Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University.

The college is promote the understanding of the science of Foods, Nutrition and Dietetics and their applications in promoting trained professionals as Nutritionists, Dietitians , Food Service Managers, Food Technologist, Food Product Development Staff for professional Institutions and Organizations.

The College has successfully organised several important seminars such as Evaluation and Assessment in Higher Education, Nutrition,

Health and Population Links, Micronutrients in Human Health, Recent advances, Safe Motherhood and Reproductive Health, and Nutrition Education for Rural women.
