College of Engineering Bhubaneswar (CEB) established in 1999. Its affiliated to Biju Pattnaik University of Technology (BPUT) Rourkela. 

Under Nabadigant Educational Trust, CEB has been engaged in providing Engineering education, research and other developmental programmers in the state of Odisha in particular and the nation in general.

The Institute is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) NEW DELHI, Govt. of India. And Affiliated to Biju Pattnaik University of Technology (BPUT) Rourkela, Goverment of Odisha. College of Engineering Bhubaneswar is Accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) NEW DELHI, Govt. of India & National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) .
