College of Communication and Journalism Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswavidyalayam (CCJSPMV), Tripati was established in 1983.

It is accredited by NAAC. The Department tries to sensitize the students to the new technologies of communication, which will enable them to gain employment in this age of information.

They are trained for careers in Journalism, Media Management, Public Relations, Advertising and Television Production.

The department offers excellent training in Photography, Computers, Multimedia, Video production and Editing.

Television production is taught in sophisticated labs and in association with the media industry for students to gain hands on experience in the new media.

A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to the students in various departments of the college.
