City College of Education, Bhopal was established in 2005.

The College of teacher education is affiliated to Barkatullah University, Bhopal.

City College of Education is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

The College imparts teacher training programme at the undergraduate level, that is, Bachelor of Education (B. Ed).

It is one-year full time programme which is conducted as per the strict guidelines of the University.
