Christian College of Education, Perambalur was established in 2007.

The College has become a premiere institute of teacher education in the region.

The College is functioning under the management of Tamil Nadu Christian Revival Mission Organization Society.

Christian College of Education Perambalur is presently affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University.

The self-financed, co- educational college has been approved by the N.C.T.E (National Council for Teacher Education).

Set up with an objective of educating and enlightening the rural masses of the region, Christian College of Education has equipped itself with all the necessary facilities in their campus.
