Chaudhari M.Ed. College, Gandhinagar was established on 2nd June 2009 under the Shree Akhil Anjana Kelvani Mandal, Gandhinagar Trust Sanchalit Foundation established in April-1983, Registration No: - E/135/Gandhinagar.

It was formed with a view of educating and training young talented students of Gujarat in the field of Teacher College of Education to meet the needs of education in Gujarat and beyond for the growth of the education.

The Institute is located sector-7, Sport near to Gandhinagar Bus Stand. The Institute has around 72 Acers open space Sports Activity and Garden development.

The college is affiliated to Gujarat University, Ahmedabad and recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhopal to offer Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) & Master of Education (M.Ed.).

Chaudhari M.Ed. College, Gandhinagar is one of the newly formed institutes of the region offering one year Master of Education program.

The college has gained the approval from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhopal. Set up with an objective of training aspirants, with a view of promoting educational development in the region, Chaudhari M. Ed College offers all the modern infrastructural facilities.

The institute offers one year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

The institute also offers one year Master of Education (M.Ed.) course for those who have completed their Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed.) with a minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.
