Chandra Dental College & Hospital (CDCH), Barabanki was established in 2003.

The college is affiliated with Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Faizabad and is approved by the Dental Council of India and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. 

The college is managed by Dr Bim Rao Ambedkar Educational Society.
