C. U. Shah Technical Institute of Diploma Studies Wadhwancity is a self finance Polytechnic institute managed by Wardhman Bharti Trust, affiliated to Technical Education Board (TEB)-Gandhinagar and Gujarat Technological University (GTU).

C. U. Shah Technical Institute of Diploma Studies is one of the largest networks of Diploma Engineering institutions in India. It was established by Wardhman Bharti Trust, in 2006 in Wadhwan City with a focused objective of bringing about academic development of people and for preparing manpower capable of contributing effectively towards overall national development, particularly in social and economic development. Because of good academic excellence, rich infrastructural facilities and the potential for further growth, today this institution is running five diploma engineering branches.
