C.S Jain College of Education, Srimushnam was established in 2005.

The self- financed, co-educational college was set up with an objective of providing educational development in the region by producing competent teachers.

Initially affiliated to Thiruvalluvar University, the college is now presently affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University.

CKS College of Education has been approved by the N.C.T.E (National Council for Teacher Education) and has equipped itself with all the necessary facilities.
