BV's Institute Of Pharmacy (BVIOP), Navi Mumbai was established in 1993.

It is affilaited to the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.

The college is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The college works with an aim of imparting quality education in the field of pharmacy.

To fulfill its aim, the educational institute offers undergraduate diploma level programme in the discipline of pharmacy - Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma), which is a two-year full time course.
