K.L.E. Society's BV Bellad Law College was established in 1975.

The Institute is affiliated to Karnataka University, Dharwad and is recognized by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council.

B.V. Bellad Law College Belgaum is approved by Bar Council of India, Government of India, New Delhi.

The college campus is situated in the heart of Belgaum city with other sister concern of K.L.E. Society popularly called as 'Lingaraj Campus'.

The College has an enriched Library and it also organizes workshops, seminars guest lectures, moot court competitions etc.
