Brainware Group of Institutions (BGI), Kolkata was established in 1990. The Institute is approved by the AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to WBUT.
Brainware Group of Institutions- Sabita Devi Education Trust, is an academic institution imparting quality education in Management and Engineering courses. It is one of the flourishing engineering colleges in Kolkata, located in the lap of nature at Kazipara, Barasat (Near Jagadighata Market), just five minutes’ drive away from Champadali bus stand. It is built over an area of 9 acre land with 150 employees. Affiliated to MAKAUT, Brainware Group of Institutions has handled thousands of students since its inception in 2010 by the honourable Chairman, Mr. Phalguni Mookhopadhyay. With a 100% pass percentage, it offers a wide range of courses like Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and MBA.
Moreover, it has an association with its sister concern, WebGuru, since 2005 to offer world-class solutions in web designing, logo designing, content writing, and corporate identity and likewise to make business a class apart. Additionally, Brainware is now the Authorised Training Partner of SDI - MES (Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India), with affiliation to courses like Tally 9, Desk Top Publishing, Computer Hardware and Computer Networking.
