BIS College of Engineering & Technology (BISCET), Moga was established in 2008.

It is affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

It  is one of the constituent units of BIS Group of Institutes. The Group is managed and run by Baba Isher Singh Educational Society.
