Bhavani College of Education, Vizianagaram was established in 2007.

The College is managed under Bhavani Educational Society with an intension of preparing good teachers by giving very promisive pupil teachers in the very backward area of Denkada Mandal in Vizianagaram District in Boddavalasa.
