Bhaskar Engineering College (BEC), Hyderabad was established in 2007.

The college is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru technological University, Hyderabad.

• Educate and prepare men and women to contribute as Engineers and Citizens through assimilation, integration, application and transfer of engineering knowledge.

• To develop the Institution into an Autonomous Institution and ultimately into a Deemed University.

• To produce highly motivated and technically competent Engineers with best of moral and cultural values and integrity.

• Prepare Engineers as young entrepreneurs to create job opportunities for others also.

• Have collaboration with other Institutions in India and abroad for higher learning and Research.

• Develop the Institute into a PG and Research Institute in due course.

• Develop effective teaching skills of the Faculty and have career advancement improving their knowledge and skills.

• Send Faculty and Staff for continuing education at UG and PG level – full time and part time.

• Provide an environment that promotes productive research.

• Have Industry Institution interaction, develop products and software required for Industry by way of Consultancy, and solve the problems of Industry by undertaking R&D projects.

• Have apprenticeship program for Technicians.

• Be helpful for the upliftment of the local community.
